After moving KNM to new server, Service does not start

Moving phyiscal 2003 server to virtual 2008R2 server.

Upgraded old server to current KNM version.  Installed KNM on new 2008 server and followed directions regarding which files/folders to move over.

After moving files, cannot start Kaseya Network Monitor Service. 

Windows Application log shows the following:

Event ID 2:

*** IBPP::SQLException ***

SQL Message: -551

This user does not have privilege to perform this operation on this object.

Engine Code: 335544352

Engine Message: no permission for read/select access to TABLE VERSION_INFO

I used the same admin account and password from the old system to the new.

Please let me get my new KNM server up!
