KNM 5.0 LOCAL GATEWAY

HI,

I have a concern on KNM 5.0 Build 9866, Service LOCAL GATEWAY my monitoring server falls at any time and icons turns blue,

to or I do not get alarms every time my equipment have worries.

What could be the base of this problem??
