Hi, we have here a structure in our KNM5 with the latest release that are migrated from the release 4.
All ist fine, but only the Access rights for Gateways/sections doesn't work.
As an example, a admin, named id admin1 has rights to Group 1 +2, can not create any devices or Monitors in any of the Gateways, but if i remove the second Group so that he have just one Group then he can create Monitors or devices!
Company (root Server/Gateway)
- Global (Folder)
- Location 1 (Monitor) < Access for Group1, Create rights, all other Read rights
- Location 2 (Monitor) < Access for Group2, Create rights, all other Read rights
- Location 3 (Monitor) < Access for Group3, Create rights, all other Read rights
- Location 4 (Monitor) < Access for Group4, Create rights, all other Read rights
- Location 5 (Monitor) < Access for Group5, Create rights, all other Read rights
- Location 6 (Monitor) < Access for Group6, Create rights, all other Read rights
- .....
- .....
In conclusion, i can only use one Group for each user???
Now, i have tryed to create a ticket in the customer Portal, but thats not possible because on the ticket some fields has no items like Organisation, customer Name etc....
Can please anyone give me a hint how to grant Access rights for the user so that this will be work?
