Kaseya Network Monitor 5.0 - Network discovery

Hi,

I have installed KNM 5.0 today, with a Local gateway and an External gateway trough a Firewall.

All the setting for the windows logon and the subnet for the network discovery are correctly setting up.

But when I click on the checkbox "start now" in the network discovery of the gateway, the network discovery won't run...

The same problem for the both gateway

I need your help please
