Returning to VSA after several years with CW Automate.
We have our probes in Automate automatically gathering network device hostnames via SNMP and importing them into IT Glue.
VSA and KNM with Discovery module configured shows only "UNKNWON-<MAC ADDRESS>" for all our network devices. MIB Browser shows SNMP is gathering the data OK, we can see the system name.
We don't have to rename network devices manually do we? That seems insane. Support appears to think it should work, but is unable to explain why it doesn't so I want check here and see if anyone has this working? We are using SaaS.
